Fiftyfreed prioritizes a positive, respectful environment and professional reputation online and offline. We value constructive feedback and encourage clients to communicate any concerns directly with us.
We do not condone abusive or rude behavior towards our staff. Public areas of our outlets are under CCTV supervision and footage may be used for thorough investigations of any incidents that occurred
Please be aware that the admins are part of the team and not the higher authority. We kindly request cooperation and courtesy from all and request basic respect from one human to another human
Social Media: I understand and agree not to post any defamatory, false, malicious, misleading statements or instigate a clout against or hinting towards Fiftyfreed directly or indirectly, its services, or its employees on any social media platforms, websites or other public forums without coming forth to reconcile. This includes but is not limited to, accusations of wrongdoings, doxxing or sharing personal information without consent.
In the unlikely event of any issues faced or concerns, I understand that Fiftyfreed openly accepts constructive feedback and performs service recovery. I agree to address them directly with the management of Fiftyfreed. If I engage in such actions, I agree to take full accountability for my public statements made against Fiftyfreed. I understand that any attempt to damage Fiftyfreed’s reputation with malicious intent without clarifications may result in legal actions.
REMOVALS, SHAVING Please note the following charges apply:
Nail or Lash Removals from Other Salons: $16.00 per set/area
(e.g. manicure removal = $16, manicure + pedicure removal = $32)
Shaving Services for SHR/DHR: $16.00 per area
Fiftyfreed Clients:
Redoing a New Set: Removals are FOC (Free of Charge)
if the existing set was done by Fiftyfreed
Removal Only: A charge of $16.00 applies if you are not redoing a new set
WRONG BOOKINGS
Please ensure all self-bookings made via Fresha are accurate and reflect the services you intend to receive.
Incorrect bookings that do not match our schedule will not be entertained. For example: Booking a slot for a basic one-tone manicure & pedicure, but requesting unlimited design upon arrival, is not allowed.
As an appointment-only salon, our schedule is tightly packed with minimal buffer between clients. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes or add-on requests, as this would affect the quality and timeliness of service for all clients.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve everyone efficiently.
CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW Your appointments are very important to us at Fifty;freed Beauty Bar. As an exclusively appointment-only salon, each time slot is reserved just for you to enjoy your services with undivided attention.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you in the event of an emergency.
However, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Deposits are Strictly non-refundable.
No-shows will result in your deposit being forfeited.
For pass/membership holders, the deposit/session will be deducted from your existing balance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless special circumstances.
Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from offering the time to other clients on our waiting list and impact the overall experience we strive to provide. LATENESS At Fifty;freed Beauty Bar, we understand that delays and emergencies can happen and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you when they do.
However, please note that late arrivals can affect the rest of our schedule and may delay the next client’s appointment. Out of fairness to all, we offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in:
1. Shortened or simplified services due to time constraints
Or in some cases, a full reschedule of your appointment
Forfeiture of your deposit
2. Our team works with tight schedules, often without breaks even small delays can have a big impact.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as early as possible so we can try to make appropriate arrangements.
We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and that of our other clients. SCHEDULING We do not encourage walk-ins to avoid disappointment. All appointments can be made through fresha.com, whatsapp or instagram. FESTIVE PERIOD (XMAS & CNY) Please be informed that a festive surcharge will apply during peak periods, including Christmas and Chinese New Year.
Full surcharge details will be posted on our Instagram at the time of booking.
No waivers will be granted under any circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding as these surcharges help support our team during high-demand seasons and ensure we maintain the quality of service you expect.
RETURN & REFUND All services, credits, and packages sold & provided are NON-REFUNDABLE.
However, we are happy to offer corrective services free of charge under the following conditions:
Corrective services do not cover changes to the style or service initially requested.
Any dissatisfaction with nail or lash design must be reported before sealing with the final top coat or before leaving the salon.
Nail touch-ups (e.g., chipping, lost charms) are free of charge within 7 days of the original appointment. This does not cover nail breakage.
Eyelash extension touch-ups are free of charge within 3 days.
Eyelash extension touch-ups are allowed within 2 weeks only, provided there is at least 50% of the original extensions remaining; otherwise, a new set must be booked.
Touch-ups requested after the above timeframes will be charged accordingly. We strongly recommend booking a new set if your lashes are more than 2 weeks old.
Any requests for payable touch-ups after two weeks of the original appointment will not be entertained. Full service pricing applies after two weeks.
Management will review other alternatives only in cases of severe quality issues.
Packages and credits sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In exceptional cases, package transfers to another individual may be considered. MODEL SLOTS Our complimentary model slots are offered as part of our team’s training and development. These sessions allow trainees to gain hands-on experience under supervision.
Please kindly note the following:
No service recovery or refunds will be provided for model sessions, as our team members are still in the learning phase. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you do not expect perfection.
Models may be asked to provide constructive feedback to help with skill improvement. Complaints will not be entertained, as these sessions are part of a learning journey.
By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the session for training or marketing purposes. Rest assured, your face and any intimate areas will not be shown.
By agreeing to be a model, you release Fifty;freed from any liability relating to the services provided during the model session.
Please do not book a model slot if:
• You are on a tight schedule
• You have high expectations for professional-level results
• You are uncomfortable with beginner work or being documented during the session.
We truly appreciate your support in helping us grow and train future professionals. INDEMNIFICATION Terms and conditions:
1. Consent to Services: I voluntarily consent to receiving the chosen beauty services. I understand the potential risks associated with these services and agree to assume any risks involved.
2. Professional Staff: I acknowledge that Fiftyfreed employs trained and qualified professionals to perform the beauty services, who will exercise reasonable care and skill during the provision of services. I understand that Fiftyfreed has followed all necessary protocols, guidelines and best practices in administering the treatments.
3. In the event of medical issues arising, I agree to seek advice from a physician at my own expenses and will not hold Fiftyfreed liable.
4. I will not hold Fiftyfreed liable for any injuries resulting from my own negligence during my visits. I agree to comply with any precautionary measures required by the therapist to protect myself and the establishment. (eg. opening my eyes during eyelash extensions/lash lift, fidgeting during manicure/pedicure resulting in cuts)
5. Potential Risks: I am aware that there may be potential risks associated with the service, such as but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, temporary discomfort and unforeseen complications. By booking an appointment I agree and fully release Fiftyfreed Beauty Bar Pte Ltd, its employees and representatives from any liability or responsibility for any adverse reactions, complications, injuries or damages that occur as a result of the services I receive from Fiftyfreed.
This release applies to any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses that may arise out of or in connection with the treatments. I fully understand and agree that I will not hold Fiftyfreed responsible for any condition, side effect, or outcome resulting from any services received from Fiftyfreed.
6. Personal Information: I understand that in order to provide the requested service, Fiftyfreed may require personal information, including medical history or allergies. I consent to the collection and use of this information solely for the purpose of providing the services and ensuring my well-being.
7. Client Responsibility: I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about any known allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues including pregnancy that may affect the provision of services.
8. Further Indemnification: I further indemnify and hold harmless Fiftyfreed from any and all claims, damages, actions, costs, expenses and liabilities including legal fees, that may arise from any adverse reactions or complications resulting from any treatment provided by Fiftyfreed.
9. Returns and Refund Policy

Image of the Item/Parcel(s) Received: Attach clear images of the item(s) you received, as well as images of the parcel(s) it arrived in. This will help us assess the issue.
Name of the Item: Specify the name of the item(s) you wish to return or for which you are requesting a refund.
Reason for Return/Exchange/Refund: Please provide a brief description of the reason for your request (e.g., item arrived damaged, received the wrong item, items missing from the order).
